Role: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Job Details: SAP PM Implementation & Support: Configure and maintain SAP PM modules, including master data, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and refurbishment processes. Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for plant maintenance using SAP PM functionalities. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve SAP PM-related issues, ensuring system stability and efficiency. Integration & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP FI/CO, to integrate maintenance processes with procurement, production, and finance. Master Data Management: Maintain equipment, functional locations, work centers, maintenance plans, and bills of materials (BOMs). Work Order Management: Oversee work order processing, scheduling, and execution within SAP PM. Training & Documentation: Conduct end-user training, create documentation, and provide support to maintenance teams. Reporting & Analysis: Develop reports using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Query, ABAP reports, Fiori) to track maintenance performance metrics. Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP PM implementation, support, or business process management. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in SAP PM module and integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PM is a plus. Understanding of ABAP debugging and SAP Fiori applications. Experience with maintenance strategies, notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SAP PM certification. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or transportation. Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance, or integration with external maintenance systems.
