Develop and maintain automated test scripts to minimize manual testing and improve efficiency. Create detailed and well-structured test plans and cases, covering functional, regression, and integration testing. Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to resolve issues and ensure alignment of QA practices. Participate in user story review sessions and contribute to defining testable requirements. Lead QA efforts in Salesforce testing, specifically on platforms like Litify and Team Connect, ensuring smooth migration and integration processes. Uphold QA standards, communicate obstacles, and provide solutions to avoid project delays. Ensure end-to-end testing, covering system integrations and business process validations. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience - 8+ Years 6+ years in QA roles with strong automation testing expertise. 3+ years of QA experience in Salesforce testing (e.g., Litify, Team Connect); understanding SFDC architecture and concepts. Experience with legal modules such as Matter Management, Invoice Management, Cost Centers, Dynamic Discount, Budget Management, Audit Rules, and Accruals. 3-5 years of experience in Java; knowledge of backend service development and microservice architecture. Proficiency in Cucumber and JMeter (or similar load testing frameworks). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server. Experience with Spring Boot and Maven/Gradle frameworks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and tools like JIRA for project tracking. Experience with payment technology and integration with processors (e.g., First Data, WorldPay, TSYS); understanding EMV and MSR specifications.
