SALESFORCE DEVELOPER / ARCHITECT - REMOTE We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (80%) / Architect (20%) with strong Service Cloud and MIAW expertise to support our higher-education clients initiatives. What Youll Do: Develop and architect Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with MIAW. Configure and customize MIAW chat features, including chat buttons, pre-chat forms, routing rules, and agent availability settings. Set up advanced call center capabilities to enable both phone and live chat-based customer support. Integrate MIAW with Service Cloud case management to streamline live chat transitions into support tickets. Design and customize the chat interface to align with branding guidelines. Monitor key MIAW performance metrics, including chat volume, resolution times, customer satisfaction, and agent performance. Identify and resolve issues related to MIAW functionality, such as chat connectivity, user authentication, and message delivery. Utilize Apex coding (as needed) for custom development and make UI adjustments using basic HTML/CSS. What Youll Bring: Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, and Service Console. Deep understanding of MIAW configuration options, chat protocols, and integration capabilities. Ability to analyze customer needs and design optimized chat experiences. Experience configuring advanced call center capabilities in Salesforce. Prior experience in the education domain. Strong troubleshooting skills in Salesforce/MIAW implementations.
