NOTE FROM PREVIOUS REJECTIONS- A Sr. Observability Engineer is a specialist in monitoring and observability but may not focus on automating system reliability. Sr. Observability Engineer: o Strong expertise in monitoring, logging, and tracing tools. o Experience with distributed systems debugging and telemetry. o Familiarity with instrumentation standards (OpenTelemetry, Zipkin, Jaeger). Must have: Sr. Observability Engineer WITH App Dynamics, Open Telemetry and Zenoss Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on AppDynamics and Zenoss. Proven experience in managing and maintaining observability tools. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AppDynamics (including configuration, administration, and dashboard creation). Proficiency in Zenoss (including setup, configuration, and maintenance). Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and networking. Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash). Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is required. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
