We are looking for an experienced LIMS Lead with 10+ years of expertise in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing LIMS solutions to enhance laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead LIMS implementation and configuration to support laboratory workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop LIMS solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of LIMS with other enterprise systems (ERP, MES, ELN).
Troubleshoot and resolve LIMS system issues to ensure efficient lab operations.
Provide end-user training and documentation to enhance system adoption.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GxP, ISO, 21 CFR Part 11).Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in LIMS implementation, support, and optimization.
Strong understanding of LIMS configuration, workflow automation, and data management.
Experience integrating LIMS with ERP, MES, ELN, and analytical instruments.
Knowledge of laboratory best practices, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with leading LIMS platforms (e.g., LabWare, STARLIMS, Thermo Fisher SampleManager).
Understanding of laboratory processes in pharma, biotech, healthcare, or manufacturing.
Experience working in GMP, GLP, or FDA-regulated environments.
