The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless collaboration experiences for end users.Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure Teams Pro Portal and Microsoft Intune for meeting room systems. Provide expert AV support for conference rooms, troubleshooting video conferencing issues with Cisco, Logitech, and Surface Hub devices. Deploy and maintain Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) Systems, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise networks. Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Meetings, including issues related to E911, Free/Busy, Calendar options, and emergency services mapping. Administer and provision resource accounts, managing Active Directory Users, Groups, and VLAN settings. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for AV deployment, integration, and upgrades. Develop and deploy Power scripts for automation and optimization of Teams-related tasks. Manage large-scale AV projects, ensuring best practices for audio, video, lighting, and conference room setup.Required Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Microsoft Teams Administration and AV Support. Expertise in Teams Pro Portal, Intune, and Microsoft Defender. Hands-on experience with video conferencing systems (Cisco, Logitech, Surface Hub). Strong knowledge of Active Directory, VLANs, and network configuration. Experience with Power scripting for automation. Understanding of AV peripherals (microphones, displays, speakers, transmitters, room schedulers, etc.). Experience supporting Executive-Level Video Conferencing and Large Meetings.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in MTR systems, Crestron Systems, or other Video Conferencing platforms. Experience with DSP and audio modulation technologies. Prior experience in deploying and managing enterprise AV solutions.
