No H1b Please Role: Business Analyst Location: Woburn, MA- Hybrid Rate: $35/hr. C2C Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions such as automation or workflow enhancements. Leverage data-driven insights to assess performance, conduct root cause analysis, and track the impact of process changes. Collaborate with finance teams to map out current workflows and document process improvements. Assist in planning and executing finance-related projects, including drafting project charters and coordinating with key stakeholders. Partner with process owners to provide training on new procedures and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 57 years of experience in process improvement, finance operations, or similar roles. Strong expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
