(Client Name and Nature of project- implementation or enhancement) 4.The person should have himself designed the projects, just testing or user support will not work (Explanation in his own words) . 5.Experience in EDI/IDOC interfaces, developing/enhancing custom programs is preferred (Explanation in his own words with client Name mentioned) 6.People who played lead role in their project is preferred and not individual contributor.
