Role: Sr. oracle Compensation Lead LOCATION: Charlotte, NC- JOB DESCRIPTION The Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation Lead is responsible for managing multi-cultural and techno-functional teams and interact with business and understand their pain areas, co-ordinate with them, help in testing. Have good understanding of the HCM Cloud modules and is able to lead the discussions , guide the team . Job Location: Per client requirement and up to 75% travel Responsibilities: Guide clients in understanding and addressing their most complex business challenges Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues , co-ordinate with PaaS technical team and other module leads Design and validate end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM applications Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management Manage scope by identifying and proposing change requests Contribute to Capgeminis Oracle HCM Cloud communities regarding capabilities, knowledge, solutions, etc. Required Skills: 6 9 years of experience leading multiple full life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM or Multi-Pillar projects Primary Modules: Oracle HCM Compensation o Auto completion o Fast Formulas o Approval workflow configuration o BI Publisher report for Job offers / Contracts / Employment Letters, Preboarding tasks o Custom Dashboard to view TA data by Recruiting team o Career Site Developer Skills - java script, java, html o Batch job / Transformation formula Secondary Modules: Learning, Security, Fast formula, Helpdesk, Talent Management Experience designing solutions that include PaaS Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments Implementation in global environments or international experience Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Nice to Have Skills: Experience with MS Project, Power Point and online Agile Collaboration Tools such as Jira or Rally Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher is required in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science Two+ active Oracle Cloud Certifications Willing to travel in a 3-4-5 model -- Keywords: business intelligence information technology microsoft Colorado North Carolina Sr. oracle HCM Compensation Lead [email protected] |
