The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Snowflake Tasks, Snowflake Streams, Snowflake SQL, Snowflake, and IICS. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during the day shift. The Program Manager will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Oversee the development and execution of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of Snowflake-related tasks. - Provide technical expertise in Snowflake Tasks, Snowflake Streams, Snowflake SQL, and Snowflake to guide project teams. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. - Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes. - Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. - Ensure that projects align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to overall business goals. - Utilize IICS to integrate and manage data workflows, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and development. - Experience with implementing Datawarehouses using IICS & Snowflake platform - Connect with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements . - Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing data integration points and ensure all affected areas are addressed - Oversee the integration of data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency - Design, Development and testing of IICS mappings - Manage and lead a team of BI professionals, including offshore developers, providing guidance and support - Ensure the timely delivery of BI projects, coordinating with both onshore and offshore teams - Optimize BI processes for performance and scalability, addressing any bottlenecks or issues - Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI processes, workflows, and data mappings - Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to deliver effective data solutions - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed Tools :SQL , IICS , Snowflake Control M Thanks, _______________________________________ Nitin Pillai | New York Technology Partners 120 Wood Avenue S | Suite 504 | Iselin NJ 08830 LinkedIn | www.nytp.com We respect your online privacy.
