The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise system implementation, technology transformation, and change management. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition to new systems, engaging stakeholders effectively, and ensuring business continuity throughout the process. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on retail, supply chain, or hospitality industries. Proven experience in the implementation of supply/demand planning systems and POS system replacements. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Experience with IT system integrations, data migration, and business process improvements. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, SmartSheets, or Microsoft Project. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate vendor negotiations and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based POS systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Familiarity with enterprise-level supply/demand planning, retail business processes, inventory management, and customer transactions. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Management: Lead the full implementation and replacement of the planning and POS systems, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, meeting business objectives. Project Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, and external vendors) to ensure smooth implementation and system integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and optimize system functionalities. Vendor Management: Manage the selection, contract negotiation, and relationship with third-party vendors to ensure compatibility and ongoing support. Data Migration & System Integration: Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of data migration and system integration, ensuring minimal disruptions and system reliability. Change Management & Training: Implement change management strategies and facilitate training programs to promote user adoption and minimize resistance. Risk & Budget Management: Monitor and control project risks, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership on project progress, challenges, and recommendations.
