Responsibilities: Review business requirements, propose solutions and estimate ethe amount of work required to do the work Manage delivery of the work item. Pending effort of the work item, manage the team members (on shore/offshore) that are supporting the delivery. Administrative team leadership skills: Team progress reporting, Managing Actions, Risks and Issues and documenting decisions. Module skills: SAP SD/LOGISTIC EXECUTION REQUIRED (SAP Contract Life Cycle Management preferred) Soft skills: Strong communication and advisory skills. Must have sr. consulting level skills to present their ideas to client and convince his/her client stakeholders of the directions to take. A technically focused consultant will not be successful in the role. Strong listening skills. Must have discussions with client process owners and understand business requirements and translate those into solutions Presentation skills.
