Mention your consultant visa status also JOB TITLE: IBM BPM Sr Developer Location: Remote Job Description/ Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of geospatial data solutions using TAP/TTI/WTX to enhance business processes. Oversee the integration of IBM App Connect and IBM BPM to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Building WTX data transformation flows to extract, transform, and load data between various sources and targets (databases, flat files, APIs). Designing and implementing complex data mapping logic using WTX graphical mapping tools. Creating data validation rules to ensure data quality and integrity. Developing custom WTX functions and extensions for specific data manipulation needs. Provide expert analysis and support for ALE, EDI, and IDOCs to ensure seamless data exchange and communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement EDI standards that align with industry best practices. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all geospatial and data integration processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust validation and quality control measures. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial data and integration tools. Train and mentor junior analysts to build a strong, knowledgeable team. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes and solutions. Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Contribute to the client mission by leveraging data to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
