Web Developer Programmer Analyst 3 Location: TX only Experience : 12+ Visa Free preferred State Client experience preferred TWC has issued a request for a Web Developer Programmer Analyst 3 to support the Information Technology (IT) Scheduled Releases team . The ideal candidate will have the following experience: 8 years experience in web development including HTML, CSS, Javascript 8 years experience in JSP, jQuery, Bootstrap, React, Angular Target Pay Rate to You: $70 per hour Location: Remote. Candidate must reside in Texas. Deadline: Wednesday March 12 at 12:00 p.m. Responsibility and Qualifications Perform web development work as a member of Information Technology (IT) Scheduled Releases team. Develop Java full stack with emphasis on front end implementation. Responsible for activities during all phases of the System Development Life Cycle including analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software, data, hardware and reporting problems and troubleshooting system issues for internal and external clients. Develops and tests Web Applications that meet design specifications, including accessibility and usability requirements. Documents current processes, reviews written specification additions/modifications and creates test cases for submitted defects involving new and modified program policies. Analyze, design, and develop logical, structured programs and systems appropriate to customer needs which are well-documented programs and that may be maintained by others. Ensure adherence to program documentation and procedural standards, and management goals and objectives. Performs other duties as assigned to maintain operations. II.
