Research, analyze, and provide guidance on security policies, standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Architects, to align security policies with business needs. Support security compliance, control evaluation, risk analysis, and exception documentation. Provide strategic consultation on data security and risk management. Design and implement Enterprise Security patterns and technology strategies. Partner with stakeholders to improve architecture governance, controls, and platform security. Support business continuity and IT disaster recovery planning. Educate teams on security awareness and training initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in security best practices, IT governance, audit, and compliance. 5+ years of experience in business writing, documentation, and executive-level presentations. 4+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Government technology implementation, IT Governance, or related fields. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST 800-53, CIS, etc.). Hands-on experience with identity & access management (IAM), IT risk management, vulnerability management, and security incident response. Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with cloud security, AI compliance, machine learning security, or related emerging technologies is a plus.
