Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. Monitor and manage database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery plans. Implement data migration and transformation solutions to support business initiatives. Continuously improve database and ETL processes. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies for innovative solutions. Required Skills: Extensive experience in SQL Server database design, development, and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft SSIS for developing and managing ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
