The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex banking applications while ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Develop and implement solutions that address complex business challenges, improving operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Prepare architecture and design documents for complex banking applications while considering design constraints. Write secure and high-quality code that integrates seamlessly with other sub-systems. Think innovatively and challenge conventional approaches to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Product Teams, and analyze complex requirements for effective solution design and development. Job Requirements: Expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, and DB2. Strong experience in CICS Programming, including knowledge of CICS Screen Programming. Experience in MQ Series & IMS DB (preferred). Background in Banking Compliance and Regulatory Platforms (preferred). Hands-on development experience with version control tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
