This position will function as a highly skilled ITC21 with specific responsibilities that include: * Assist in configuring ServiceNow PSDS to meet the specific requirements * Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external applications * Provide Support for ongoing and recurring IT Security audits of system * Solution development in the ServiceNow platform* Service Catalog item development * Consult with program/project management to develop appropriate technical solutions/ requirements and/or design review sessions Experience: * Ability to design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform that satisfy business requirements communicated in writing and/or verbally * Ability to troubleshoot/debug issues in existing applications. * Ability to troubleshoot/debug platform issues using the System Logs and/or debugging tools. * Ability to use various browser-based debugging tools (ex: Chrome, IE, Firefox) * Ability to conduct demos with client stakeholders and elicit feedback. * Ability to work in an Agile project management environment * Possess excellent communication skills; both oral and written skills including strong meeting and work session skills * Proven experience in handling data conversion including but not limited to data integration (real time and batch) mapping, transformations, bulk data import/export, mass updates, cut over plan, exception handling Required Experience: * 5+ years ServiceNow development experience using server and client-side APIs * 5+ years ServiceNow development experience using Forms, workflows, Service Portal * 3+ years role/group-based ACLs configuration and debugging * 2+ years experience building custom workflows * 2+ years of Service Portal development (e.g. Widgets, Service Portal Pages, Angular) * 2+ years of general IT experience with consulting experience preferred Desired: * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator * ITIL V3 Foundations Certification Thanks & Regards Priyabrata Pradhan Email: [email protected] Keywords: information technology Idaho Ohio Urgently Hiring:: ServiceNow Consultant::Onsite (Columbus, OH) [email protected] |
