Experience with DevOps Dojos also required. 3-5 Must Haves (need to be highlighted in sizzle & present on resume) Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master for a Development or DevOps project Experience with Organizational Change Management Experience establishing a DevOps Dojo for rapid training Must have leadership experience Must be a pro-active person who is driven Experience performing training sessions and delivering Power Point presentations Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in IT is strongly preferred Proven experience in organizational change management and technical training. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analyst. Strong leadership and proactive management skills. Experience setting up DevOps Dojos In-depth understanding of IT and DevOps concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with cloud development or DevOps projects is a strong plus.
