CPA certification or an equivalent is a plus. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and MultiOrg / Mutli Currency experience Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Prior experience leading or managing projects. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills High commitment to exceed performance expectations Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations. Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Even though this is an individual contributor role, ability to coach / mentor the team is expected.
