Please Send Me Resume -- [email protected] Title : IT Instructor Trainer Location (Mueller Headquarters 4815 Mueller Blvd 78723) Resources are currently working remotely, but based on job requirements, candidates will be required to report toa work location periodically for in-person meetings. Duration : 6+ Month WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) Minimum (Required): Years Skills/Experience 8+Analysis Experience monitoring technology trends and assessing training program effectiveness. 8+Live Events - Experience planning and leading events, both in-person and online. Experience with hosting virtual meetings, including screen sharing and chat monitoring. Experience with training logistics such as scheduling, enrollment and materials distribution. 8+Writing - Experience with both technical writing (runbooks) and end-user writing (newsletters, knowledge base documents, governance documents). Ability to meet tight writing deadlines. 8+Video creation and editing Experience utilizing video editing tools such as Adobe Captivate to create engaging and professional training videos. 8+M-365 Administrative or Power-User experience in M-365 products such as Teams,SharePoint, OneDrive and the Power Platform. Preferred (Optional): insert specific preferred skills for this Contract Position) Years Skills/Experience 1 Artificial Intelligence Administrative or Power-User experience with a Microsoft Copilot product or offering. Ability to draft effective prompts.
