Must have a Salesforce Developer Certification. Working knowledge of Java. Interview Type: In-Person Interview. Java knowledge is required. If they do not know Java, the manager will skip those profession Position Description: We are searching for a highly innovative Salesforce Developer to join our team. You will get to show off your skills as a technologist and contribute to building the platform to support the business needs.As a professional Salesforce developer on the development team, the Individual would execute the solution delivery of issues as well as enhancements, working alongside the dev lead in the team. Responsibilities: Support core applications, including providing fixes to production defects and making enhancements Quickly evaluate defects, investigate causes, and come up with solutions to address defects Develop, modify, and design software based on requirements/design specifications in salesforce Support integrations like Qualtrics, MDM, etc. Help define business and user needs and processes; identify solutions and work with project team/sponsors in identifying best solution Participate in requirements analysis; help design applications based on system requirements; promote top code quality and solve meaningful issues related to performance tuning and scalability Build enhancements within existing applications to optimize efficiency Qualifications: 5-7 years developing in the salesforce platform Working knowledge of JAVA Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science Knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in salesforce along with integrating salesforce to other platforms Salesforce Developer Certified (advance certifications preferred) CI/CD knowledge - Jenkins or similar tools Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages Clear understanding of software development methodologies Good communication skills. Master's degree in information technology/equivalent Understanding of Salesforce integrations Worked in a scaled agile environment Thanks & Regards ..
