Job Role: Oracle Eloqua Functional Consultant

Job Location: Birmingham, Alabama 

Work Mode: Hybrid,  onsite.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Eloqua Techno/Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Eloqua solutions, with a strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM application integration. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective Eloqua solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  Design and configure Oracle Eloqua solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.

  Ability to work on Custom Data Objects, Data Sync, Analyze Email campaigns .

  Lead the implementation of Oracle Eloqua, including setup, configuration, and integration with other systems.

  Customize Eloqua to support specific business processes and requirements.

  Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

  Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.

  Offer support and troubleshooting to clients to ensure smooth operation of Oracle Eloqua.

Must Have:

  Bachelors degree in engineering or any degree.

  Minimum of 4-6 years of experience working with Oracle Eloqua, including implementation, support, and customization.

  Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua configuration, integration, and customization. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

  Familiarity with creating and managing automated workflows and campaigns within Oracle Eloqua.

  Knowledge of configuring security settings to ensure data protection and compliance with organizational policies.

  Understanding of Oracle Eloquas platform architecture and data model to optimize performance and scalability.

  Experience with using Oracle Eloqua APIs for advanced integrations and custom solutions.

  Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and strategies.

Optional:

  Oracle Eloqua certification.

  Experience with CRM systems, Oracle CRM, Sales force.

  Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Generic Skills:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address client requirements.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Work Environment: This role is based out of US and 
work to happen from customer location.
