Title: Project Manager Location: 100% remote Starting out a 6 month contract likely to get extended then go permanent, green card and USC highly preferred. This organization is currently undergoing digital transformation with two immediate project needs. The aim is to modernize workflows and improve operational efficiency. Project 1: Automating Digital Catalogs and Product Specification Sheets The first project focuses on the automation of digital catalogs and product specification sheets. It has three primary components: Engaging with the Marketing Team: Collaborating to gather requirements and gain insights. Identifying Data Gaps: Analyzing existing workflows to outline missing or incomplete data, then defining processes to bridge those gaps. Platform Implementation: Introducing and integrating a platform to automate and optimize catalog management. Project 2: Streamlining Customer Portals The second initiative aims to streamline online customer portals that support clients in accessing services efficiently. This project will require significant coordination, process refinement, and a focus on customer experience improvements. Core Must-Haves: Project Management Expertise: Proven track record in managing complex, digital transformation projects. Relevant Experience: Must have hands-on experience in digital transformation or data-oriented projects. Demonstrated success with digital-oriented, process-changing, and resource-impacting projects. Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile approaches, with the ability to bridge concepts from both methodologies. Skilled in maintaining project momentum, managing risks, breaking down barriers, and ensuring effective collaboration. Comfortable escalating issues when needed. Ability to work across diverse personalities and business groups to meet targets. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience. Able to translate project impacts and value into actionable insights for technical teams. An engineering background is not mandatory. Must adapt to a fast-paced environment, identifying and facilitating necessary pivots. Education and Work Setup: Educational Background: Ideally holds a Bachelor's degree, though relevant recent business experience in the last 18 months is more critical. Remote Work Flexibility: Position is 100% remote, though local candidates may be preferred.
