Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years experience as a Business Analyst and Tester. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management. Candidates must have experience with DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and JIRA. Nice to HAVE: Working knowledge of Information Systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support and Child Care systems. Tracking system defects with project tools such as JIRA and JAMA. Experience working within an Agile Team Environment and leading SCRUM meetings. Experience effectively communicating with departmental program managers and executives.
