Please find the details below: Position Details: Title: Business Analyst Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week) Duration: 12+ Months Experience Required: 8+ Required Skills: Strong experience as a Business Analyst / Product Manager Expertise in the Retail domain Proficiency in Agile methodology Job Summary/Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between Product Vendor (Impact Analytics) and Client Business Teams to document integration requirements. Work closely with Product Managers and Business Users to develop and clarify business requirements. Collaborate with Offshore/Onshore SMEs to understand existing system integrations and customer systems. Provide end-to-end Retail Merchandising process knowledge, including multiple integrations and field mapping. Participate in design sessions to understand Impact Analytics modeling and prepare Integration FSDs. Map Conduct walkthroughs of FSDs with IT and business stakeholders for approvals. Assist QA teams in validating test scenarios for interface testing. Support UAT testing with clients in the later stages of the project. Provide Oracle RMS system exposure for research and discovery as needed. Work across customer time zones, demonstrating strong teamwork and leadership.
