Our team is currently undergoing a transformation journey, migrating from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) with an expected completion in March 2027. This role is part of the North American Solution Delivery Selling & Store Operations Team, which focuses on enhancing Front and Back of Stores solutions to improve the customer and associate experience. The team operates in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. We are in the design phase, with integration work as a top prioritymigrating integrations from WFC to WFM using Dell Boomi. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain UKG Pro WFM integrations using UKG Boomi. Own and manage UKG Workforce Management systems (Kronos WFC, UKG Pro WFM), including integrations, monitoring, and system configuration. Collaborate with Solution Engineers, Product Teams, and Store Engineering Teams to estimate, design, develop, and deploy solutions. Adhere to security compliance, high availability, and recoverability standards. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring optimal performance. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 5-10 years as a Software Engineer or Application Developer UKG Pro WFM experience UKG Boomi integrations experience Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) & Kronos infrastructure knowledge Experience developing & testing UKG Workforce applications (3+ years) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills & Experience: Dell Boomi experience Retail industry experience Experience with SaaS/Cloud practices Middleware Technologies: Apigee, MOVEit Automation, etc. Database experience: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB Agile & DevOps tools: Git/GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA, Confluence Knowledge of HRIS systems (Oracle HRIS, Workday) and their integration with UKG Time & Attendance | Regards, Kanchan Kumari Technical Recruiter Email : [email protected] LinkedIn:- linkedin.com/in/kanchan-kumari-a47934240 101 E.
