Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Lead Consultant to drive discussions with clients and their subsidiaries on migrating existing Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes from a legacy system to SAP. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in retail store-based Controlled Business Distribution (CBD) processes and growers, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal SAP PP/QM implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional discussions with clients to understand existing SAP PP and QM functionalities. Engage with subsidiaries to analyze current production planning and quality control processes in their legacy system. Define a holistic SAP PP/QM strategy that aligns with CBD production environments and grower operations. SAP PP/QM Process Migration & Implementation: Design and configure SAP PP and QM solutions to support end-to-end production planning and quality control. Define best practices for production scheduling, material requirements planning (MRP), batch management, and capacity planning. Oversee data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP PP/QM. Implement in-process and end-product quality checks to meet compliance and regulatory standards. Ensure traceability and batch management for CBD-related production processes. Optimize inspection plans, quality notifications, and corrective actions in SAP QM. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, WM, EHS) to integrate SAP PP and QM seamlessly. Provide training and end-user support on SAP PP and QM functionalities. Assist in change management and adoption strategies for new processes. Required Qualifications: Expertise in SAP PP and QM modules with a strong background in production planning and quality management. Experience in CBD production environments, growers, and retail store-based operations. Proven track record of leading SAP PP/QM process migration projects from legacy systems. Strong understanding of MRP, shop floor control, capacity planning, and quality control integration with production. Hands-on experience with SAP QM functionalities, including inspection plans, quality notifications, and batch management. Ability to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into SAP solutions. Knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific quality standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP/QM implementations. Knowledge of SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Prior experience in regulated industries or working with CBD-related production and quality control processes.
