Audit Reporting: Prepare comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings, insights, and recommendations for management. Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with IT teams to develop and implement solutions to close compliance gaps and address audit findings. Risk Communication: Communicate identified risks and proposed solutions to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Audit Follow-Up: Ensure that corrective actions are tracked and implemented to address audit findings. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with IT governance frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Critical Thinking: Use strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address security and compliance challenges in IT systems. Presentation to Management: Present detailed audit reports and findings to management, with actionable recommendations for improvements.Key Competencies: Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret audit data to identify inefficiencies and risks. Communication: Ability to communicate complex risks and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly IT teams, to resolve compliance gaps and implement solutions.Essential Skills & Experience: Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT auditing, including data analysis, reporting, and working with IT teams to address compliance issues. Audit Data Analysis: Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting audit data to detect inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps. Reporting: Strong writing skills to create detailed audit reports and present findings effectively to management. Collaboration with IT: Experience working with IT teams to implement solutions for compliance findings and manage risk. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address security and compliance challenges in IT systems. Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate audit findings, risks, and recommended solutions clearly to stakeholders.Desirable Skills: IT Governance & Regulatory Frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR is highly beneficial. Risk Management: Experience with risk management methodologies and tools. Certifications: Certifications such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or similar would be advantageous.
