Proficiency in using CloudHub for deploying and managing applications. HL7 Development: Strong understanding of HL7 standards and protocols. Prior experience in developing and integrating with HL7 interfaces in the healthcare space Experience integrating with HIE and/or QHIN API Development and Integration: Proven track record in designing, building, and maintaining APIs. Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services. Data Transformation and Mapping: Expertise in data transformation and mapping using DataWeave. Ability to handle complex data structures and transformations. Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices for API development. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing performance of Mulesoft applications. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Cloud Technologies: Understanding of cloud computing concepts and services. Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms. Leadership and Mentoring: Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong analytical skills to understand and address complex technical issues. Project Management: Experience in managing projects and delivering solutions on time. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
