Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the Oil & Gas domain, proficient in Power BI for visualization, and adept in performance analysis. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, interpret complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to drive efficiency, optimize operations, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, requirements, and challenges in the Oil & Gas sector. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics. Develop interactive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI. Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency. Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements. Work closely with IT teams, engineers, and business users to ensure seamless data integration and visualization. Provide recommendations based on data insights to improve business processes and performance. Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and the Oil & Gas sector. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization. Understanding of Oil & Gas operations, production data, and supply chain management. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools is a plus.
