Position: Malbek CLM Developer Location: Summit, NJ (Onsite) Duration: 12 months Contract Job Description: Platform Customization: Develop and configure custom features within the Malbek platform, including workflows, contract templates, approvals, and user interfaces. Integration : Work with internal teams to integrate Malbek with third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, document management, and e-signature platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, DocuSign). System Maintenance & Updates : Ensure the smooth operation of the Malbek platform by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and applying system updates and patches. API Development : Develop and maintain APIs and custom connectors to facilitate data exchange between Malbek and other internal systems. User Support : Provide technical support to business users for troubleshooting, training, and assisting with platform features. Testing & Documentation : Conduct thorough testing of new features and integrations, document the implementation process, and create user manuals or guides for internal teams. Security & Compliance : Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the platform is secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Collaboration: Partner with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deploy updates or new features. Skills Required: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience working with contract lifecycle management platforms (experience with Malbek CLM is a plus). Experience with platform configuration, scripting and automation. Experience in software development (Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages) and knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integrations. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP). Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiar with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and end-users. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and implement best development practices. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
