About the Role: We seek a highly skilled Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSS) Specialist to play a critical role in translating business requirements into actionable system configurations, integrations, and solutions. This individual contributor role is focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle Subscription Management Cloud within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise, can work independently, and understands Oracle CPQ and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to manage subscription configuration, quoting, pricing, and financial impacts. Key Responsibilities: Translate business requirements into system configurations and integrations within Oracle Subscription Management Cloud Configure OSS application for pricing, billing, amendments, and renewals. Perform system setup, testing, and validation to ensure accurate execution of business requirements. Collaborate with CPQ and EBS teams to ensure seamless data flow across QTC processes. Develop & execute test scripts while providing recommendations for testing strategies. Support reporting and test automation related to QTC processes. Identify & resolve technical and functional issues efficiently. Document configurations, solutions, and processes for knowledge transfer. Stay updated on Oracles latest releases and apply best practices to improve system performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud (OSS) with hands-on experience in system configuration and optimization. Strong understanding of Oracle CPQ and Oracle EBS, particularly in subscription pricing, quoting, and financial integrations. Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes and working with IT & business teams for seamless execution. Ability to troubleshoot & resolve technical/functional issues independently. Familiarity with automation, reporting tools, and system integrations within Oracle Cloud applications. Excellent documentation skills for maintaining system configurations and solutions.
