Workday Financial Consultant Hybrid at NC Only USC Near by relocation will work Workday Certification is required (must be maintained as active). We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Consultant to support a remote engagement with occasional travel to Charlotte, NC. This role will focus on Workday Financials, Project Management, and Client Interaction, requiring 5+ years of experience in each area. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business processes, assess the organizations current state, and define future state solutions. Lead client workshops to educate stakeholders and guide them through Workday Financials functionalities. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical Workday Financials issues. Architect cohesive, cross-functional solutions, ensuring seamless integration across workstreams. Apply Workday and methodologies for project delivery and best practices. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Workday Financials 7+ years Project Management 6+ years Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management 5+ years Additional Requirements: Workday Certification is required (must be maintained as active).
