Role:

As a Senior Finance Analyst and business partner to several of Technical Infrastructure (TIs) senior leadership team, you will manage elements of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&As) support of this business area. You will be required to have experience in financial leadership spanning planning, process and risk management, control, opportunity identification and analytics.

Job Description:

As a critical member of our team, you will help plan and execute forecasting and cost-reduction initiatives for production materials and inbound and outbound logistics. You will develop high-fidelity landed material cost budgets, identify opportunities for cost reductions, BOM changes, and influence key decisions to accelerate Customers capacity to deploy multi-day storage.

What you'll do:

Develop high-fidelity budgets to ensure our manufacturing and R&D needs are met from a supply chain perspective. Help drive BOM and sourcing decisions that will maximize returns and minimize costs & risks.

Build tools & templates to help our Supply Chain teams project material costs for future versions of our battery products.

In-depth analysis and provide insights on costs and labor to help in Customers manufacturing roadmap (e.g., make vs. buy and hardware design considerations).

Identify & track key KPIs to measure financial and operational goals of the supply chain organization.

Support the integrated planning and strategic sourcing teams in technical infrastructure in the annual planning process through subject-matter-expertise(SME) and targeted decision support.

Lead financial processes such as Rack and Tray Forecast, support Global Server Operations(GSO) teams.

Lead process improvement and data automation efforts, working with cross-functional teams.

Construct executive level presentations and present analytical findings in decision-impacting manner.

Experience in financial modeling and business case development.

Knowledge of supply chain (semiconductor or hardware).

Understanding of technical server components/assembly.

What you'll bring:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.

6-7 years of experience in finance or consulting; experience in telecom manufacturing environments preferred.

Highly proficient Excel skills and the ability to distill large amounts of data into insights necessary to drive decision making

Experience in working with data sets using SQL or another programming/scripting language.

Demonstrated skill in partnering across teams and building relationships with business partners

Comfort with uncertainty and creativity amidst challenges

Ability to communicate analysis, logic, and solutions in a concise manner.

Excellent business partnering, influencing and presentation skills.
