Position: IT infrastructure Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Job Description: Meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compatibility with their existing IT infrastructure and systems. Perform rigorous testing of systems to ensure stability, efficiency, and security before full-scale implementation. Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for the client, ensuring they understand the new systems and any changes made. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase, offering timely and effective solutions. Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of implementation projects. Evaluate post-implementation system performance, making adjustments as necessary and providing ongoing support and optimization services. The Implementation Engineer plays an essential role in the deployment and setup of software or systems within the clients business environment. This position involves working closely with the client to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, translating these needs into a functional and efficient system. The engineering level resource will be responsible for taking an already completed Arista design and configuration and performing the hands-on execution work. The resource should have basic network experience as well as basic Ansible experience (ability to run a script and identify if the script is not running properly).
