Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP TMA implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements. Collaborate with IT and functional teams to optimize the existing solution for scalability and provide solution for new requirements. Design and oversee the configuration, integration, and deployment of SAP TMA. Manage and coordinate testing, deployment and post deployment stabilization activities. Key Requirements: Proven experience in SAP TMA implementation within a CPG environment with S/4HANA as core ERP. Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Trade Execution processes. Ability to engage with business users, gather requirements, and translate them into system solutions. Experience managing end-to-end implementations, including testing and training. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
