Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Modern Desktop Engineering Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing image deployments using Intune Autopilot, securing the environment with Intune and Microsoft Defender policies, and patching and managing vulnerabilities using SCCM/Intune. This role requires extensive experience with all versions of Windows operating systems, Mac OS, JamF, iOS and Android mobile device management, meeting room devices, IDAM tools, Power scripting, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktops, and digital experience management tools. Right candidate would have good communication, team and stakeholder management skills apart from the technical hands-on responsibilities mentioned below. This is a complete hands-on position with Technical, innovation and project management responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Deskside Engineering, Modern desktop and Mobile Management or similar role. In-depth knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and managing Windows and Mac devices. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Deep understanding & experience in Windows OS imaging, troubleshooting and management. Any hardware or Microsoft Certifications would be a plus. Experience in Intune, Apple Business Manager and understanding of IAM and PAM tools. Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve. Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
