Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support Analyst with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop support and will work in a hybrid remote model. This role involves analyzing geospatial data to support
various projects and initiatives. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities:

Analyze geospatial data to support various projects and initiatives.

Provide desktop support to ensure smooth operation of geospatial software and tools.

Collaborate with team members to develop and implement geospatial solutions.

Maintain and update geospatial databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Generate maps and reports to visualize geospatial data and support decision-making.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial software and hardware.

Conduct spatial analysis to identify patterns and trends in geospatial data.

Assist in the development of geospatial models and simulations.

Ensure compliance with data standards and best practices in geospatial analysis.

Provide training and support to team members on geospatial tools and techniques.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technology and methodologies.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

Strong background in geospatial analysis and desktop support.

Experience with geospatial software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Ability to generate maps and reports to visualize geospatial data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Up-to-date with the latest advancements in geospatial technology.

Compliance with data standards and best practices.

Ability to provide training and support to team members.

Maintain and update geospatial databases.
