Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] , Job Role : Sitecore Solutions Architect/Developer - Citizen Only Location : Jersey City (onsite 2 days a week) Duration: Long Term Visa : Citizen Only Job Description Must have: Sitecore CMS XM Cloud .Net Core Headless integration 80/20% Architect/development: Skilled in Sitecore development using C#, NextJS, GraphQL, Power,.NET Framework, and .NET Core. Must have LinkedIn Page Architecture & Design: o Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore CMS, XM Cloud, and headless integrations. o Develop strategic technical roadmaps to support scalable, high-performance digital experiences. Hands-on Development: o Write and review code using C#, NextJS, GraphQL, and Power, ensuring adherence to best practices in Sitecore development. o Oversee integration strategies for headless architecture, ensuring seamless connectivity between front-end and back-end systems. Technical Leadership: o Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. o Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural assessments to maintain high quality standards. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: o Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. o Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices. Continuous Improvement: o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the architecture and development practices. o Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure optimal system performance. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS and XM Cloud. Proven expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# development. Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks and technologies such as NextJS and GraphQL. Solid experience in headless architecture integration and modern API-based communication. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Power. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry certifications in Sitecore or related digital experience platforms. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
