Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices, providing coaching and support to improve self-organization and efficiency. Remove Roadblocks: Identify and resolve issues that prevent the team from achieving their goals, helping to ensure the team can maintain momentum throughout sprints. Foster Collaboration: Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams. Track Progress: Use Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) to track team progress, sprint metrics, and release schedules, ensuring timely delivery. Continuous Improvement: Help teams identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for how to improve processes, delivery, and overall team performance. Technical Project Management Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage project timelines, scope, and resources. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and leadership to gather requirements, set priorities, and communicate progress. Risk Management: Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential issues on the project timeline and quality.
