Briefly describe the
main purpose of this position.

The SAP Project Manager is a leading performer that
manages technology projects processes by leveraging creativity and
comprehensive operational understanding to resolve a wide range of business
issues. This role develops project plans, directs, and coordinates activities
to ensure that goals or objectives of projects and/or programs are accomplished
within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Using brief, bulleted, narrative statements, describe
the main tasks and responsibilities that an employee in this position would
be expected to manage.

Lead project teams, be responsible for end-to-end project management
across all functions.

Accountable for helping to manage the overall SAP OTC S/4 end to end
solutions.

Develop detailed plans for the S/4 delivery, identification, and
management of program resources in a matrixed environment.

Manage and coach a team that will make process changes to improve
project execution efficiency and scalability

Identify and partner with key business users from different functions
and affiliate organizations to derive project needs that will enhance Order
management and fulfillment systems.

Develop and maintain work plans that consider strategic goals,
priorities, milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and critical paths
while at the same time determining what tasks can be performed concurrently.

Ensures the timely and quality development of all deliverables for
programs/projects.

Must be able to thoroughly assess projects eliminating or minimizing
scope creep.

Create a consistent methodology to track and maintain future
enhancements as additional requirements are added unexpectedly to a project.

Required Experience and Education:
Describe the education, years of experience, and
any certifications necessary to complete the duties and responsibilities of
this position.

Bachelors degree in a related field
preferred
.

6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education
and experience.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Pricing Architect with a proven
track record in SAP Price Management and Optimization (PMM) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Order-to-Cash
(OTC) processes, SAP SD, MM, GTS, and LOG,
focusing on delivering scalable, efficient, and business-aligned SAP pricing
solutions that drive value across industries.

As the SAP Pricing Architect, you will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP pricing solutions, ensuring
seamless integration across modules and third-party systems, and delivering
measurable business outcomes. You will play a key role in leading cross-functional
teams, working with stakeholders, and overseeing the full lifecycle of pricing
projectsfrom requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture
: Lead the
design and architecture of SAP Pricing solutions across SAP Order-to-Cash
(OTC), SD, MM, and GTS modules, optimizing
processes to enhance business value and drive profitability. Focus on
configuring key pricing components such as Condition Types, Condition
Tables, Access Sequences, and Pricing Procedures.

Pricing Configuration
: Configure and maintain SAP
Pricing components, including:

Pricing Procedure Determination

Creation and maintenance of Condition Records

Special pricing functions such as Condition
Exclusion

Handling Pre-sales activities (Inquiry,
Quotation) and major business activities like Billing, Shipping,
ATP, Credit Management, and Partner Determination.

Integration & Optimization
: Ensure smooth
integration between SAP modules SD, MM, GTS Vistex and third-party
systems for end-to-end pricing processes. Optimize pricing models to
enhance process efficiencies and deliver measurable business value.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelors degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Masters degree
is a plus.

Experience
:

Over 10 years of experience in SAP implementations,
specifically with a focus on Price Management and Optimization (PMM)
solutions.

Proven expertise in SAP Pricing Configuration
across SAP SD, MM, GTS, and OTC processes.

Functional Expertise
:

Expert in configuring Condition Types, Condition
Tables, Access Sequences, Pricing Procedures, and Condition
Records.

Strong background in handling Pre-sales activities,
Pricing, Billing, Availability Check (ATP), Credit
Management, Partner Determination, and Output Determination.

Integration & Optimization
:

Extensive experience in integrating SAP Pricing with third-party

SAP OTC Solution Architect (Functional)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Solution
Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing,
and integrating SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Order
to Cash (OTC) processes, with extensive expertise in both functional
configuration and integration across SAP and third-party systems.
The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural knowledge and be capable
of designing and configuring complex SAP OTC solutions while ensuring seamless
integration with other enterprise systems.

As an SAP OTC Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in
shaping the solution design, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives,
and optimizing processes throughout the OTC cycle. You will also oversee the
functional configuration and integration of SAP systems to deliver effective,
end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture
: Lead the
end-to-end design of SAP OTC solutions, aligning them with business goals
and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise applications
(e.g., SAP Finance, SAP MM, SAP CRM, external platforms, and legacy
systems).

Functional Configuration
: Oversee and
perform the functional configuration of the SAP Sales and
Distribution (SD) module, ensuring that all processes in the Order to
Cash (OTC) cycle are mapped effectively in SAP, including:

Types)

Pricing (Condition Techniques, Pricing Procedure)

Shipping and Delivery (Shipping Point, Delivery
Processing)

Billing (Billing Types, Output Determination)

Accounts Receivable (Receivables Management, Credit
Management)

Credit and Risk Management Configuration

Taxation Configuration (VAT, Sales Tax)

Integration with SAP FI for Financial and Accounts
Receivable transactions

Integration with SAP MM for Material and Inventory
management

End-to-End OTC Process Optimization
: Work closely
with business teams to continuously optimize the Order to Cash process,
proposing improvements to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy,
and improve system performance.

Integration Leadership
: Lead the integration of SAP OTC
with other business systems using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs,
REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and middleware. Ensure
smooth data flow and process continuity between SAP and third-party
systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, 3PL systems, and external
financial systems.

Customization & Enhancement
: Oversee and
guide the customization and enhancement of the SAP OTC module to
accommodate business-specific requirements. Work with the development team
to configure and implement user exits, BADI, and other SAP enhancements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education
: Bachelors degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. A Masters
degree is a plus.

Experience
:

At least 10 years of experience in SAP
implementations with a strong focus on Order to Cash (OTC)
processes and functional configuration.

Proven expertise in configuring SAP Sales and
Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Finance
(FICO), and Credit Management modules.

SAP Expertise
:

Extensive experience in configuring Sales Order
Management, Pricing, Shipping and Delivery, Billing,
Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management processes in SAP
SD.

Expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC implementation
and migrations.

Deep understanding of integration points with
other SAP modules like MM, FICO, SAP CRM, and third-party
systems.

Integration Knowledge
:

Expertise in integrating SAP OTC with third-party
applications (e.g., CRM systems, logistics, and eCommerce platforms).

Proficiency with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs,
API-based integration, Web Services, and other middleware
integration technologies.

Technical Skills
: Knowledge of ABAP (for
debugging and understanding technical implications of configuration), SAP
Fiori, and SAP BW/BI for reporting and analytics is desirable.
