Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of recent experience in the latest modern desktop management and related technologies. Extensive experience with Intune Autopilot, SCCM, and Microsoft Defender. Proficiency in managing Windows and Mac OS environments. Experience with meeting room devices (Surface Hubs, MTRs, Crestron panels). Strong knowledge of IDAM tools (One Identity, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint). Advanced Power scripting skills. Experience with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktops. Familiarity with digital experience management tools like Nexthink. Proven track record of leading and implementing automation initiatives. Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Deskside Engineering, Modern desktop and Mobile Management or similar role with In-depth knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and managing Windows and Mac devices. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Deep understanding & experience in Windows OS imaging, troubleshooting and management. Any hardware or Microsoft Certifications would be a plus. Experience in Intune, Apple Business Manager and understanding of IAM and PAM tools. Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data and problem solve. Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
