This hybrid/onsite role will focus on designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Microservices Architecture , Spring Boot , and Core Java . The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience and be capable of delivering innovative software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. Maintain high standards for code quality, organization, and automation. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies. Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools and solutions. Work closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Document technical specifications and design decisions. Ensure compliance with project plans and industry standards. Key Skills and Qualifications: Microservices Architecture : Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable microservices. Spring Boot Framework : Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Core Java Programming : Expertise in Core Java with a focus on efficient, maintainable code. Scalable Application Design : Strong background in designing high-performance and scalable applications. Version Control : Proficiency in using Git for version control. CI/CD and Automation : Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation tools. Nice to Have : Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Nice to Have : Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in Core Java, Microservices, and Spring Boot development. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
