The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules and a proven track record of working with offshore teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, covering all project phases from blueprinting to go-live and support. Design and configure WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) planning and forecasting processes in SAP S/4HANA. Provide expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes, including general ledger, financial closing, asset accounting, and financial reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders and offshore teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Perform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting within SAP S/4HANA Finance. Develop and deliver user training and documentation to support business users. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA flexible workflow for invoice Experience in SAP Cash application and Bank interface Support integration of SAP S/4HANA Finance with other SAP modules and external systems. Drive process improvements and best practices for financial planning and reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills: 6 to 8 years of SAP Finance experience, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO). Hands-on experience in WBS planning and forecasting within SAP S/4HANA. Expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processes and financial reporting. Proven track record of multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations. Experience working with offshore teams and managing deliverables across global teams. Strong understanding of SAP integration with other modules (PS, MM, SD, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
