Today we have a requirement for Network SME position with the client Capgemini - Niskayuna, NY - Remote Please share with me the Resume of your consultant to my Mail Id : [email protected] Role Name: Network SME - Remote Location: United States (Remote work) Visa Type: USC, GC, H1B - - Job description: 1) Remediate Cisco Switch and Router ( Nexus 9k/7k/5k, IOS 12-17) vulnerabilities. Requires through knowledge of Cisco device models and commands. 2) Upgrade Cisco Switches and Routers using standard change procedure. 3) Submit Change ticket for upgrade activities. Thorough examination of connected devices and related impact to submit proper validation tasks. 4) Get Validation and change tasks approvals from Firewall team, Facilities support, various server teams in timely manner to get change approved ahead of time. 5) Attend Cisco meetings for bug-scrubs. Attend team-meetings to discuss weekly agenda about upgrades and vulnerabilities remediation. 6) Create MOP for critical upgrades and review with Cisco team. 7) Open Cisco TAC case for critical upgrades and have TAC standby during upgrade. 8) Work with MUFG team members (network and firewall) to resolved access issues and submit firewall changes. 9) Work on automation and scripting to remediate TSS (not a requirement) 10) Must be comfortable with team work and discuss effort with team so everyone is aware of activities being performed or completed. 11) Research and resolve in case of any road-blocks during activities. -- Santhoshi Bangari, US IT Recruiter HAN IT Staffing Inc.
