Angular & react. Deliver customized technical solutions that align with organizational requirements, ensuring high-quality application development and support. Work closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize business processes. Manage end-to-end implementations of web applications, applying best practices and a balanced technology approach to ensure optimal performance. Lead requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs, ensuring that technical solutions align with these requirements. Participate in monthly and quarterly business meetings, collaborating with business teams to ensure technical solutions meet business goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations in application development. Lead Offshore team and work with them closely to deliver the projects on timely manner. Work with client Tech leads for solutioning of new requirements. Proactively work on PROD defects if any raised during Onshore time.
