Knowledge of the SuccessFactors HXM suite of application, Payroll Command Center and EC to ECP replication Ability to write functional specifications, program, test, and manage the transition of modifications through the quality assurance and change control process Experience working with GL integration with multiple ERP finance systems including ECC, and Oracle EBS Good knowledge about the Benefits Module, Time Management, Payroll Related Info types, Payroll status record, Payroll control record, posting data to FI. Working knowledge in all SAP development tools and methodologies, including ABAP workbench, BAPI/IDOC, ALE, Reports, Workflow, Smartforms, ABAP upgrade, enhancement technique.
