Department: Office of Technology Services Onsite/Remote: Onsite Engagement Length in Months: 06/30/2027 Location: Louisiana State Office Building location Job Description The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Review current technology (hardware and software) used for managing agency records and recommend any changes needed to address inefficiencies, maintenance issues, scalability, recoverability, and security risk including: Agency scanning capability; Document repository and indexing; Identify all methods of document creation and acquisition; Integration of other systems; Searching, retrieving and sharing records both internal and external; Tracking document lifecycle for both electronic and physical records; Participate in all data gathering sessions; Provide a gap analysis of current technology to future needs; Estimate cost and effort of future state.
