Role: Sr. Business Analyst Location: Chicago, IL Contract: Long term Only H1Bs Looking for 12+ experienced profiles Passport Number Required Required Qualifications BA/BS Degree in finance, computer science or related field 12+ years of relevant Asset Management experience working as an IT business systems analyst or individuals with business analyst experience looking to transition to technology. 5-7+ years of experience in systems development life cycle including the ability to define and document specifications, work with developers to design/analyse alternative technical solutions, test completed code and complete a smooth implementation with the business partners. 5-7+ years of experience conducting requirements- gathering meetings with users, developers, system design architects, system integrators and vendors. 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment while supporting multiple lines of stakeholders, such as trading, portfolio management, compliance, and/or risk. 5+ years of experience partnering with Agile team members to generate requirement stories, UAT test scripts, release notes, and other project artifacts. 5+ years of experience analysing and providing technology recommendations to the business. 3-5+ years of working knowledge in Visio, Lucid Chart or other visualization software, with experience building flowcharts to represent workflows. 3-5+ years of experience with collaborative tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence. Coordinating user acceptance testing between vendor, business and NTAM technology team. 10+ years' experience as business analyst or product member in Investments Asset Management (front office), preferably Trading. Experience in Order management system, Aladdin OMS, or Charles River focused on Portfolio Management and/or Trading. Lead teams thru requirements, story writing and sprint planning Experience with directly working with Portfolio Managers or Traders in Investments, enhancing workflows and user experience. Experience with Trading knowledge in Municipal/Fixed.
